The mission of the founders of the IKO Foundation is focussed on the 'Musical Evolution and the Appreciation of Cultural Heritage'. The initiators are devoted to high light not western music - and Kaseko music in special - internationally. Besides that, the Foundation wants to preserve and document important musical pieces. The Foundation focuses on realising the international oriented productions.

The Foundation wants to improve the exchange of information about productions and the initiating of didactical forms on behalf of the transfer of the cultural heritage. Besides that the Foundation focuses on guiding and advising cultural entrepreneurs (of which musical artists) on behalf of the structural and durable improvement of their social and economical position and starts alliances with organisations and companies strategically.

• contracting collaborations with Educations of music in The Netherlands and abroad.
• Organising workshops for educational organisations and Master classes for colleague artists.
• Organising musical workshops.

Entertainment

• The realisation of Cross-Over Concerts within our own country and abroad with artists which translate the not western repertoire.
• The realisation of CD and DVD productions
• The realisation of Theatric and Club Tours of authoritative musical formations.

Art

• The development of ambulant to musical style allied art expositions.

Film

• The realisation of film documentaries about icons and phenomena within not western music styles.
